This website, https://www.totaljosh.com, is the official website of satirist Josh Litton (hereafter “I” or “Josh”). The purpose of this website is to promote and display the work of Josh Litton. Josh Litton may be contacted anytime directly at his email address, josh@totaljosh.com. Josh Litton might or might not respond to any and all emails sent and reserves for himself sole discretion in replying.

I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone. I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization.
Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to send you my ezine, newsletter, or notify you of new blog or other social media posts; tell you about specials, new products or services; or changes to this privacy policy.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Only I have access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Media
If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
